Returns & Refunds

We will gladly return/exchange items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at info@morcieva.com to initiate the process. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

*Please note international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Morcieva does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Refused Packages 
A $10 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
